Do not send full API Keys, account passwords, or screenshots that expose credentials.
- Client name, such as Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, or Cherry Studio.
- Client version.
- Error code and full error text.
- Approximate time when the issue happened.
- Access mode, such as OpenAI compatible or Claude compatible.
- Redacted configuration screenshots.
Do not send a full API Key. Mask the middle part before sharing screenshots.
