Prepare this information

  • Client name, such as Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, or Cherry Studio.
  • Client version.
  • Error code and full error text.
  • Approximate time when the issue happened.
  • Access mode, such as OpenAI compatible or Claude compatible.
  • Redacted configuration screenshots.
Do not send a full API Key. Mask the middle part before sharing screenshots.
